- Planning and making proposals tailored to your needs
- Based on the information gathered during our discussion, we will propose plans that align with your requirements. We have existing relationships with multiple trading companies for both metal and resin materials, allowing us to accommodate materials that may not be readily available. Additionally, to minimize time and cost, we can develop and manufacture original clips by customizing certain components of our existing products. This approach enables us to create original clips at a lower cost.
- Design and prototyping services
- We use 3D CAD modeling based on various ideas proposed during the planning phase to design products that meet your specifications. For resin products, we utilize 3D printers or machining tools to create three-dimensional shapes, allowing us to confirm design, tactile feedback, and performance. Once approved through these prototyping stages, we proceed to mold design and fabrication.
- Mold processing
- We use 3D CAM to operate our machining tools based on the CAD data and drawings generated during the design phase, enabling us to fabricate high-precision molds. During the assembly process after machining, our experienced staff meticulously polish and assemble the molds, conducting thorough checks at each stage to ensure quality.
- Start of production
- After completing the molds, we subject them to rigorous checks at each stage to ensure quality. Once they pass these checks, we proceed to mass production
