The needle tips of various pins are crafted through internal artisanal polishing. The needles undergo multiple processes including sharpening (shaping the steel material to a pointed tip) and polishing (smoothing out irregularities on the metal surface) to achieve smooth fabric penetration. Additionally, they are shaped into a robust bullet-like form, ensuring resistance to bending and breakage.

Since the 1950s, we have automated safety pin production with machinery and have been manufacturing in Japanese factories for over 70 years. Through automation, we have achieved "mass production" and "stable quality," leading to "competitive pricing," "short delivery times," and "reliable supply." All our machinery is internally developed, and we conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance for any malfunctions or breakdowns within our own facilities.

We pursue "corrosion resistance" and "aesthetic appeal" through in-house plating processes.

Due to its structural complexity, applying plating inside the cap or on the needle tip of a safety pin is exceptionally challenging. However, we have achieved specialized plating tailored for safety pins by establishing an in-house nickel plating line dedicated to safety pins. Moreover, the nickel plating applied to safety pins undergoes a double plating process, consisting of semi-gloss and glossy layers, enhancing both corrosion resistance and the glossy appearance of the surface.
